David Brewer

David Brewer, BSEE, has 30 years of civilian service in Research and Development for the US Navy. David's research career was divided into three distinct periods: For the first five years, he was involved in signal processing research and the development of related parallel processing hardware architectures. For the next twenty years he managed the R&D program for the US Navy SEALs at the Navy's shallow water research and development facility in Panama City, FL. And for the remaining five years he assisted in the management of the Navy's shallow water Science & Technology program, including basic and applied research in acoustics, magnetism, optics, ocean physics, processing technologies and many other far-reaching related disciplines. David is a native Floridian and graduate of the University of Florida where he took his degree in Electrical Engineering.
